Post Bankruptcy Education
Internet Based Course - Money in Motion

Please follow the instructions carefully and return these forms to us:

  1. Affidavit for Post-Bankruptcy Education
  2. Privacy Notice
  3. Statement of Counseling Services
  4. Copy of drivers license or state issued ID card
  5. $50 registration fee.

This web based education course meets all the requirements for pre-discharge bankruptcy education as required by the US Trustees office.

This course consists of:

  • 8 chapters of reading material
  • 8 chapter quizzes completed online
  • 1 final test completed online

Upon completion of this internet course you will be sent your certificate of completion by mail and email.

Fees
The fee for the post-bankruptcy education counseling session is $50 for either an individual or joint filing. This fee can be waived or reduced in limited hardship circumstances. Please call 1-800-355-2227 for more information regarding this.
